EDSE-153 Enhanced pdf handling

In order to enable enhanced pdf processing, environment variable “LAMBDA_PDF_METADATA_FUNCTION_NAME” needs to be set to the pdf processor lambda.

NB: If this environment variable is not set the normal (old) pdf processing routines will be used. NB: The OC used needs to updated with new properties specified here: https://bitbucket.org/infomaker/opencontent-configs/src/master/editorial/01-writer/0106-writer-graphic-configuration.yaml
