EDSE-100 Use NewsML version 2.26 for image and pdf NewsItems
For NewsItems of type “image” and “pdf”, NewsML version will be 2.26 (instead of 2.20). Also, catalogRef will point to “http://www.iptc.org/std/catalog/catalog.IPTC-G2-Standards_30.xml” instead of “http://www.iptc.org/std/catalog/catalog.IPTC-G2-Standards_27.xml”
